A completely restored double tear-dropping stair case is what this grand atrium needed. It included rebuilding the structure and support beams within the stair-casing. We added all new kick plates and spindles. The hand-rails were resurfaced and stained. We hand selected the antique crystal chandelier accompanied with a plaster medallion and wall sconces put the finishing touches on this beautifully restored atrium.

Our custom trim-work is impeccable. We totally renovated this home with all new framing, siding, plumbing electrical, sheet-rock, painting, ceramic tile, marble, chocolate mahogany hardwood floors. In this area we added double pallor doors between the living and dinning rooms. Two sets of mahogany French doors with custom made transoms above were added between kitchen and both rooms.
This home owner is in love with their new designer kitchen. We repointed and mortared the two brick chimneys, and wrap them with beautiful 42" long cabinets with vine rack and crown moulding. New Orleans Construction & development Co. also added a picture frame window opening to allow for perfect viewing.

The kitchen boast a huge 16' ft island with granite counter-top and a built-in stove. Large custom made windows were installed troughout this property.
We designed and hand selected all the materials including the lighting system. The kitchen has an under-mount sink and dishwasher.
The foyer was renovated with beautiful limestone floors, custom windows, moulding, new drywall and painting. The recess lighting system is accompanied with two large chandeliers.

We completely renovated and restored this beautiful home on Lake Pontchartrain. A brand new stamped concrete side walk was added including rot-iron electronic gate, french doors, and landscaping.
